17th June 2020
Dear Parent/ Guardian,
We hope that you are all keeping very well. We realise that this has been a very different year for us all and this is really not the end we had wished for our children. We are all very disappointed and saddened by this however we have decided to organise a time for you to come and collect some important items from Nursery. This will take place in the Nursery car park to ensure that we are not inside the building. In order to keep this safe for everyone involved please adhere to our requests. If it is not suitable or safe for you to come and collect these items please contact us and we will try to make alternative arrangements.
On your allocated day and time, we will be giving out:
- Your Child's end of year Transition Report which will be forwarded on to their P1 teacher with your permission.
-Your Child's Yearbook of photographs
-Your Child's belongings- paintings, change of clothes and Wellington boots.
Please find your allocated time below:
These must be adhered to strictly to reduce the number of people on our premises.

We ask that you please follow these guidelines to keep everyone safe:
-We ask that a Parent comes if possible as we will be giving out Reports and Yearbooks including photographs. Your child is also welcome to come to say Goodbye but please understand that the Staff cannot come close to the children to keep everyone safe.
-Please follow our one way system and keep a distance of at least 2m from other people.
-We will be asking for your signature of permission to forward your Child's report on to P1 on this day and will have a clipboard for you to do this.
-If you have any queries please send us an email and we will respond to you individually.
-Please adhere strictly to the time allocation given. We have organised it in this way to minimize the amount of people who will be at school to keep everyone safe.
-Please park as normal outside the school and walk down the path. Staff will be present to direct you.
Thank you for your continued patience and support during these unprecedented times and we look forward to seeing you soon.
